BetterWorld Technology provides managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud services, governance and compliance advisory, vCISO services, and IT consulting as described on the Site and in individual service agreements. The availability of specific services may change without notice.

Services are governed by separate Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statement of Work documents executed between BetterWorld Technology and each client. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement controls.

The Site and any information provided on it are offered on an 'as is' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. BetterWorld Technology does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BetterWorld Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on content found on it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the preceding 12 months.
