John Jordan is a technology leader with over 20 years of experience in managed IT, cybersecurity, and IT consulting. As Co-Founder and COO of BetterWorld Technology, he is the execution engine behind the company’s service delivery, operational standards, and client outcomes.

John holds an MBA, is a Certified CISSP, and holds the Certified virtual Chief Information Security Officer (vCISO) designation — a credential that shapes how BetterWorld Technology approaches cybersecurity governance for its clients.
