Reward 1 · First Meeting
$100 Gift Card

Submit a qualified referral, and when the organization completes a first meeting with BetterWorld Technology, attended by a decision maker over their IT or security purchasing, you receive a $100 electronic gift card by email.

The meeting needs to happen within 60 days of your submission. No signed agreement is required for this reward.

Reward 2 · Closed Client
Up to $2,000 Cash

When your referral signs a managed services, cybersecurity, or GRC agreement with an initial term of at least 12 months, you earn a cash reward tiered by their supported user count at signing:

Instead of cash, current BetterWorld Technology clients can elect to receive their Closed Client Reward as a service credit worth 200 percent of the cash value. A $1,000 reward becomes a $2,000 credit against future invoices. The election is made before the reward is issued.

In keeping with our Certified B Corporation commitment, any participant can direct their Closed Client Reward to a registered 501(c)(3) organization of their choice. BetterWorld Technology makes the donation in your name.

They Take a Meeting
When your referral completes a first meeting with a decision maker present within 60 days, you earn a $100 electronic gift card, whether or not anything is signed.

They Become a Client
If they sign a qualifying 12 month agreement within 180 days, you earn $500 to $2,000 based on their size, as cash, a 2× service credit for clients, or a donation in your name.

What Makes a Referral Qualified

We keep the bar simple and honest: refer organizations you actually know, that we can actually help. Here is the quick checklist; the complete requirements live in the official Terms.

You genuinely know them

You have a real, pre existing personal or professional relationship with the organization, and their contact has agreed to hear from us.

They are new to us

Not a current client, not a client within the past 24 months, and not an active opportunity already in our pipeline. First complete submission wins if two people refer the same organization.

They fit what we do

A United States based organization with at least 20 supported users, in an industry we serve, with needs aligned to managed IT, cybersecurity, or GRC services.

The engagement is real

The Closed Client Reward applies to managed services, cybersecurity, or GRC agreements with an initial term of at least 12 months. One time projects and month to month arrangements do not qualify.

Refer for Good, Explained

Current clients and their trusted advisors, partners, vendors, professional advisors such as CPAs and attorneys, BetterWorld Technology employees referring on their own behalf, and any U.S. resident 18 or older with a genuine, pre existing relationship with the organization they refer. A few groups are excluded, including quota carrying BetterWorld sales employees and anyone whose referral is already covered by a separate channel or commission agreement. A U.S. based organization with at least 20 supported users that you genuinely know, that is not a current client, has not been a client within the past 24 months, and is not already an active opportunity in our pipeline. Your contact must have agreed to hear from us, and referrals generated from purchased lists or mass unsolicited outreach do not qualify.

After your referral completes a first meeting with BetterWorld Technology, attended by a decision maker over their IT or security purchasing, within 60 days of your submission. The electronic gift card is delivered by email within 60 days of the completed meeting. This reward is limited to one per referred organization and four per participant per calendar year

The reward is tiered by the supported user count stated in your referral’s agreement at signing: $500 for 20 to 49 users, $1,000 for 50 to 99, $1,500 for 100 to 249, and $2,000 for 250 or more. Your referral must sign within 180 days of your submission, and payment is made by check or ACH after they complete onboarding, remain a client in good standing for 90 days, and are current on their invoices. A completed Form W-9 is required before any cash reward is issued.

Yes. Any participant can direct their Closed Client Reward to a registered 501(c)(3) organization of their choice, subject to our approval of the recipient. BetterWorld Technology makes the donation in your name. It is one more way this program lives up to our Certified B Corporation commitment.
