Yadira Galarza-Berrios serves as General Counsel and Regional Director for BetterWorld Technology, leading the company's legal strategy while driving regional growth across Puerto Rico, Latin America, and South America. Based in San Juan, Puerto Rico, she brings a rare combination of legal expertise, regulatory insight, and operational leadership to an organization expanding its presence in one of technology services' most dynamic growth markets.

With over 15 years of experience providing legal and consulting services across public and private sectors, Yadira has built deep expertise at the intersection of law and technology. She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico, a Master of Laws in Global Law and Technology from Suffolk Law School with specializations in Health Law and Information Technology Law, and a postgraduate degree in Project Management from Escuela de Negocios Europea de Barcelona. Her practice has centered on corporate law, health law, regulatory compliance, security and privacy law, IT law, contracts, business organization, and federal grants. This multidisciplinary background positions her to navigate the complex legal and compliance landscape that governs managed IT services, cybersecurity operations, and cross-border technology delivery.

In her dual role at BetterWorld Technology, Yadira strengthens compliance functions, oversees Master Services Agreement development, and aligns regional partnerships with the company's mission driven approach to technology services.
